The Information We Collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Crystal Bead Designs’ web site. On some pages, you can register to receive our newsletter or contact us with questions or concerns. On other pages, you can purchase our products. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

Email address, Name, Address and other information necessary to process your purchase. We provide direct secure payment options through Shopping Cart by Mal’s E-Commerce. Transactions are made via a secure server (Thawte SSL) which is monitored by Scan Alert for security breaches. If payment is made by credit card, we collect your credit card details securely online, print a copy and destroy the online record. If payment is made by Paypal, we print a copy of your order without payment information and destroy the online record.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself to send our newsletter to you, to contact you at your request regarding our products or to process your purchase. We do not share this information with outside parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by going to our web site. Your email will then be removed from our database. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error or by unsubscribing the incorrect address and resubscribing with the correct address. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class within 5 business days of receipt of your order. When your order has been shipped, we will email you a confirmation/tracking number.

Shipping costs are $4.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item purchased.

Return Policy

We will accept returns if the following guidelines are followed:

1. Merchandise must be complete & returned in its original condition.
2. A copy of the original invoice/receipt is included.
3. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of their receipt.

Please e-mail us to let us know what you are returning and the reason. A refund or credit will be issued to you once the return is received and inspected. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card for the refund. For all other payments, we will issue you a check for the refund.

Merchandise Returned For Reasons Other Than Our Error

Returns considered to be other than our error include: You ordered the wrong merchandise, or you changed your mind after the order was shipped. We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Returns Due To Our Error

We occasionally make errors so please check your shipment carefully when you unpack it. Returns considered to be our error include: defective merchandise, wrong items shipped, & shortage. Return postage will be refunded.

All returns will be taken care of promptly.

The Christmas Collection book contains eight patterns to create unique beaded ornament covers that are sure to become treasured keepsakes.

The Holiday Collection consists of six individual patterns. They include three of my mini designs, Holiday Delight, Holiday Flair and Holiday Happiness as well as a fun pattern to dress up a heart ornament.
