Shipping Information
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class within 5 business days of receipt of your order. When your order has been shipped, we will email you a confirmation/tracking number.
Shipping costs are $4.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item purchased.
Washington State Sales Tax
All purchases made by Washington State residents will have .086% sales tax added.
Return Policy
We will accept returns if the following guidelines are followed:
- Merchandise must be complete & returned in its original condition.
- A copy of the original invoice/receipt is included.
- Returns must be shipped within 15 days of their receipt.
Please e-mail us to let us know what you are returning and the reason. A refund or credit will be issued to you once the return is received and inspected. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card for the refund. For all other payments, we will issue you a check for the refund.
Merchandise Returned For Reasons Other Than Our Error
Returns considered to be other than our error include: You ordered the wrong merchandise, or you changed your mind after the order was shipped. We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
Returns Due To Our Error
We occasionally make errors so please check your shipment carefully when you unpack it. Returns considered to be our error include: defective merchandise, wrong items shipped, & shortage. Return postage will be refunded.
All returns will be taken care of promptly.
